The production pallet for the paving industry

The next generation of PERI Pave offers our customers less concrete buildup and less cleaning effort. The new PERI Pave features an integrated separating effect. Additives in the plastic coating of the multiplex boards enable concrete products even with a high w/c value to adhere significantly less to the production pallet. The same applies to the stone sealant, which until now has often built up on the boards.

PERI Pave also offers optimum load-bearing capacity, special surface hardness for durability and abrasion resistance. Industrial production of concrete blocks is based on repeating high standards of manufacturing consistently over time even during times of high throughput. PERI Pave production pallets with their high performance are a reliable component of international manufacturing of concrete blocks.

The structure of the PERI Pave
The multiplex core is produced through the cross-bonding of high-quality hard wood veneers from sustainably managed forests. The polypropylene coating, which has been especially developed for high utilisation in concrete block manufacturing plants, offers high impact and abrasion resistance and ensures the longevity of the PERI Pave production pallets.

Effective and cost-saving utilisation

The low net weight of the PERI Pave production pallet leads to energy savings during the transportation through the machine cycle. Cycle times are reduced as there are no withdrawal plates, so this increases the efficiency of production.
Minimal deflection

Even under high loads, PERI Pave pallets show minimal deflection due to the load-bearing core. The thickness of the pallets is adjusted to the production conditions of each customer. Even after many years of use, the deflection will not exceed the required maximum.
Excellent compaction characteristics

Due to the homogenous and high quality construction of the pallet, high production performance is guaranteed time after time across the entire panel
Consistent performance provides consistent concrete block quality

The performance of the PERI Pave production pallet are maintained over a long period of time – even in high humidity or air-conditioned environments as well as during the production of washed concrete products.

Release agent for the cleaning of production pallets which are used with earth-moist concrete in the paving industry.

Half-shell brush with nylon bristles for the cleaning of the production pallets
