Location: Mumbai, India

The Park by Lodha, located around a 7-acre private park in the 17-acre master planned urban oasis. Tower 5 is 82 storeys building with very complex structure. The entire core structure is divided in two parts i.e. inner core and external core. Simplex is the main contractor for the project.

  • LIWA panel formwork ensures crane free manual installation for wall and column formwork adding with the crane free time from ACS system.

PERI solution

  • PERI developed a comprehensive formwork solution for core in close cooperation with the project management using combination of various ACS variants.
  • ACS solution is provided in such a way that inner core and outer core can be constructed independently as well as simultaneously. PERI supplied 14 ACS R units, 4 ACS G units and 7 ACS P units and synchronized all 6 ACS units of inner core so they all can be lifted in one go along with placing boom.
